Club sandwhich
Ingredients
- ½ boiled, pulled chicken breast
- 3 slices of loaf bread
- Butter
- 3 strips of bacon
- 2 slices of cheese (Gouda or Edam)
- 2 slices of ham
- ½ tomato
- 1 egg
- A couple of lettuce leaves
- Mayonnaise
Preparation
Cut the half tomato into slices. In a pan, toast the three slices of bread with butter and remove them from the pan when they are ready. Fry the bacon and then fry the egg.
In a bowl, mix the pulled chicken with mayonnaise. On a plate, take a piece of bread and spread a bit of mayo, then add the lettuce, tomato, and chicken. Take another slice of bread, put the cheese and ham on it, and warm it in the pan until the cheese melts a bit. Then, put it on top of the chicken layer. Add the fried egg and bacon. Take the last slice of bread, spread a bit of mayo, and put it on top. Cut the sandwich in half, and it’s ready to eat! As a side dish, you can add some French fries
